Where to buy yoyos?

Storefronts in Toronto

Toys R Us in Toronto carries some basic yoyos ranging from $5 to $20 each. They are suitable for beginners with no experience, or people who are just looking for a fun toy.
As of June 2010, Treasure Island Toys (Map) near downtown carries YoYoJam yoyos.
As of August 2011, MasterMind Toys throughout Ontario also carries YoyoJam yoyos.

The most popular YoYoJams range from about $15 to $50 each, and are excellent for enthusiasts of all skill levels. If you intend to pursue yoyoing, we recommend YoYoJams whether you are buying online or at a store.

From other members

Occasionally some of our members would sell off their old yoyos. Our forum has a "Buy, Sell, Trade" section (visible to registered forum members) where members can advertise their yoyos for sale. Because those are second hand goods, they can vary in conditions and prices. It's a good idea to look up how much they originally cost at one of the retailers above, and decide whether a deal is good.
